Welcome to The Beauty Cart. By creating an account or placing an order on this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them before you check out.

1. Your Account

You need an account to add products to your cart, wishlist, or check out. You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please use accurate information when you sign up and when you check out.

2. Products & Pricing

We try to keep product details, images, and prices accurate and up to date, but errors can happen and availability isn't guaranteed. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹). If something's wrong with an item you ordered, we'll sort it out with you directly.

3. How Ordering Works

Our checkout does not take payment online. Placing an order works like this:

• Add products to your cart and go to checkout.
• Fill in your billing and shipping details, and pick a preferred payment method (UPI or Bank Transfer).
• Submit the order — it's saved to our system, and your cart is cleared.
• Send us your order details via the WhatsApp button on the confirmation page.
• We confirm your order on WhatsApp and guide you through payment — your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

An order isn't final until we've confirmed it, and payment is received, directly with you.

4. Payment

No payment is collected through this website. After you send your order to us on WhatsApp, we confirm it and guide you through payment (UPI or Bank Transfer) directly with us. Your order is dispatched once payment is confirmed.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Since every order is confirmed with you personally, cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled case-by-case — just reach out to us on WhatsApp or via our Contact page as soon as possible and we'll work it out with you.

6. Acceptable Use

Please don't misuse this site — that includes attempting to disrupt it, submitting false information, or using it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to The Beauty Cart or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep this site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, The Beauty Cart isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
